Carolina is Director of Economy, Environment and Infrastructure at North East Lincolnshire Council. 

In her role, she works with partners to drive regeneration in North East Lincolnshire, with a focus on programme delivery to transform the local economy, work towards net zero and improve opportunities for communities. 

Carolina has held a range of senior local authority roles, spanning Green Agenda, Policy and Regulation, Housing, Highways, Economic Development, Asset management and Operational Services.
