Formerly the Deputy Chief Executive at North Lincolnshire Council, Simon boasts over three decades of experience in development and corporate governance, spanning public and private sectors in the North, Midlands, and abroad. His extensive career includes overseeing major projects in housing, transport, energy, and higher education.
