Greg is Head of Property at Associated British Ports

Greg Lacey is Head of Property for Associated British Ports in the Humber. He leads the property team and drives forward the property strategy unlocking new growth gateways.

A highly respected professional, Greg brings a wealth of experience in acquisitions, disposals, asset, and property management having previously held roles at Asda and CEG in Leeds.

At ABP, he is spearheading development plans across the Humber, including at the 453-acre Humber International Enterprise Park (HIEP), 212 acres of which sits within the Hull East tax assisted zone.

Greg is also a member of the North East Lincolnshire Council’s Development & Growth Board.
