Our search for the Humber region’s rising ‘Prop Star’ is over.
We’re delighted to announce that Cameron Wood, a Consultant at Shared Agenda, will be joining us at UKREiiF in Leeds.
Cameron is a University of Hull graduate, having achieved a first class honours degree in Human Geography.
Originally from Skipton in North Yorkshire, Cameron first heard about Shared Agenda while studying in Hull.
Having joined the company in 2020 as a Graduate Consultant, Cameron has since risen through the ranks at Shared Agenda – first as a Junior Consultant, and now as a Consultant.
Cameron is playing a pivotal role in some of the region’s most strategically significant projects across a range of sectors, from inception through to completion.
One of those key projects is the £200m Yorkshire Energy Park, a major green energy and technology park near Hedon, East Yorkshire which recently received planning approval from Hull City Council.

Yorkshire Energy Park could create as many as 4,500 jobs, helping the Humber region deliver resilient, secure green energy and accelerating the net zero transition which is already well underway.
Cameron said: “As an ambitious young professional, attending UKREiiF is an opportunity to immerse myself at an event which is at the forefront of investment and development.
“Engaging with industry leaders and innovators will not only expand my knowledge base, but also provide invaluable networking opportunities which are crucial for my career growth.
“The insight I will gain from UKREiiF, and attending the diverse range of sessions, will equip me with the skills I need to navigate and contribute effectively to the evolving landscape of property and investment.”
Cameron said he is driven by the significant benefits which are associated with investment and development, from job creation and skills to innovation and technology.
Working with the Yorkshire Energy Park team, Cameron is now taking on his own work streams and leading on multiple projects to help deliver the transformational development, which will form part of Humber Freeport’s Hull East tax site.
Being named as Humber Freeport’s ‘Prop Star’ means Cameron will join delegates from across the region at UKREiiF in Leeds in May.
Bringing together the biggest names in property, investment, planning and development, the three-day conference will attract more than 10,000 attendees, with 700 speakers across 30 stages, and over 150 exhibitors.
Humber Freeport will be represented at UKREiiF, showcasing the region’s powerful proposition as a magnet for global investment and development.
